Loft insulation

Loft insulation is effective and it will pay for itself time and time again. The better insulated your home, the less energy you need to keep it warm, the more money you will save in the long run. Most homes in the UK have some level of loft insulation, however many have 150mm or less and this should be substantially topped up to 270mm. A further 9 million homes have insulated to only 100mm, this level of insulation has not been considered adequate since the early eighties.
