The Health and Safety Executive (HSE) has decided that the current version of the poster should be revised. A thumbnail of the new poster is attached for your information. Standard and semi-rigid formats of the new poster will be available for despatch from our warehouse in early April.

All businesses are required to display a copy of the Law poster, or alternatively, provide each member of staff with a personal copy of the poster in leaflet format (details to follow). Businesses can continue to display the current version of the Law poster for a period of 5 years effective from the date of introduction of the new version. There is consequently no immediate requirement for businesses to purchase the new poster. This point will be emphasised in HSE discussions with trade associations representing small businesses, in promotional activity and on the HSE web site.
