These are heavy duty sanding sheets and can be used on any wood as well as mild steel and cast iron. The cloth backing will resist gouging when tool sharpening. They can be cut for adhesion to grinding surfaces.Specification: Aluminium oxide abrasive (more durable than traditional emery). Cloth backing. Standard 280x230mm sheet size. Can be cut to suit 1/3 or 1/2 sheet sander base. Sold in packs of 100 sheets
