These are flap discs with a difference. They have a flat face and edges which overlap the backing plate, helping o avoid gouging. The ceramic abrasive delivers high performance on both stainless steel and mild steel, easily out-performing both aluminium oxide and zirconium equivalents. The coarser grades 40 and 60 give rapid grinding, whilst grade 80 can be used for surface improvement on tough applications, such as millscale removal.Specification: Ceramic abrasive, typically giving 3 times the life of zirconium equivalents. Overlapping flexi-edges help reduce gouging. Flat face for controlled application. Compliant with EN13743. Available in grades 40, 60 or 80. Size options: 115mm or 125mm.
