Knife Maker Belt Sets

These sets contain abrasive belts for knife making from grinding through to polishing. They fit the 2" wide, 4' and 6' long, requirements for many of the American based knife craft belt grinders. The sets include 2 of each of 5 grades, starting at grade 80 up to 1,200 grade in sensible steps to remove the grind marks from the previous grade. Grade 1200 (Trizact A30) is a fine satin finish which can be readily polished up to a mirror finish if required. The chosen abrasives are suitable for hardened and stainless steels.Specification: 2 each x 5 grades, 10 belts per set. Grade 80 in heavy duty zirconium. Grades 180 and 320 in high purity top coated aluminium oxide abrasive. Grades 600 (A30) and 1200 (A16) in Trizact 237 (synthetic abrasive). Quality angled, ground, taped and cured joints for strength and smooth running.
