Applications: Our popular thin metal cutting discs cover a wide range of sizes from 75mm to 355mm diameter. They are stainless steel grade, so can be used on most ferrous metals including stainless steel, mild steel and cast iron. To ensure good rigidity, we maintain bonding which gives a thickness of 1.2mm or higher, giving the benefits of fast cutting, whilst helping to keep cuts straight.Sizes 100mm, 115mm, 125mm, 180mm and 230mm are for use on angle grinders. 355mm diameter wheels fit 14" bench mounted chop saws and 75mm discs are used on arbours (available here) for die-grinders.Specification: Thin profile makes for faster cutting and less waste. Comply with EN12413. Sizes 100-230mm for almost all angle grinders. Size 355x25.4mm fits most standard bench chop saws. Size 75mm size has rated speed of 25,000rpm, (green stripe) correct for most air tools. Suitable for use on stainless; free from chlorinated, sulphurous and ferrous fillers. 80m/s speed rating (except 75mm size, 100m/s) Quality discs with metal mounting centres.
