Zirconium (TZ59) Tube Finishing Belts

Applications: TZ59 zirconia abrasive cloth belts are designed for more aggressive finishing and graining of stainless steel, mild steel and all non-ferrous metals.Application guidance: Use a 60 grit belt after an 80 or 120 grit sanding disc to ensure all flat spots are removed and that the surface is ready for the finishing process. Use an 80 grit belt to put a consistent DP1 finish on the tube.Product Notes: Properties of this material are: A tough and durable zirconia abrasive grit giving it great cut and durability A strong cotton backing allowing some flexibility for going around bends whilst giving a good grain finish ready for conditioning.Also Available: For final finishing, a range of surface conditioning belts are available.Belts Sizes: We recommend the Finitube machine for tube finishing, but also stock belts for other machines.
