Acradeck - For Composite Concrete Flooring On Metal Decking

Our new Screed Rail system for Metal Decking.Acradeck is available to suit the majority of decking profiles currently available. The unit is secured by simply twisting into the decking profile achieving a tight and secure fit. The rail support threads into the Acradeck insert ready for adjustment and once this is achieved the lock nut is tightened. Our latest profile, Ad-Acradeck also acts as a bottom rebar support, cover heights can be altered to suit individual projects.Please note: Acradeck will not stop the decking deflecting and deviating however the “Constant Thickness” or “Proposed Structural Floor” methods are made significantly more achievable, minimising potential overload, leading to a safer working environment.
