The Hexagon Acousti-Felt Panel is sold individually.
Each acoustic panel is sized 600mm by 518mm and is 28mm thick.
One acoustic panel will cover an area of 0.23sqm.
The acoustic panels are precision CNC cut and on average will absorb 74% of the sound waves.
These Acousti-Felt Panels are available in 12 colours.
What Are The Benefits?
The Acousti-Felt range offers the latest in acoustic treatment technology. The Acousti-Felt panels are made from 100% compressed polyester fibres, 65% of which is recycled material. This product is also completely recyclable at end of life. These panels are suitable for use in a wide range of applications including offices, restaurants, schools, hotels and others. Despite it being a relatively thin product it is a very efficient acoustic sound absorbing panel even at the lower mid-range with an NRC of 0.74.
This product is hard wearing and extremely durable, while it is a stiff and rigid material it is soft to the touch thanks to our unique two core lamination. This product will also repel water, another added bonus over regular fabric wrapped acoustic panels. Anything that is spilt on the panel will form as droplets on the surface that can be easily blotted off. Our Acousti-Felt Acoustic Panels also have anti-bacterial properties and is moth repellent.
Our Acousti-Felt Acoustic Panels are also suitable for use in commercial applications thanks to it's fire retardant properties, conforming to UK Building Regulations Class 1, ASTM-E84: Class A and EN 13501-1: Class Bs1, d0. This is also an odourless product and so is safe for use in enclosed applications. The Acousti-Felt range is also OekoTex Standard 100 Class 1 certified.
The 600 x 518 Hexagon Acousti-Felt Acoustic Panel can installed on walls and ceilings. They can even be used a room dividers. Installation is quick and easy, you simply apply spray adhesive to the back of the panel and the mounting surface, offer the panel in place, press against the mounting surface and it's done.
This product can also be completely customised so if you have a specific design in mind that you don't see as standard we can help.

How Many Acoustic Panels Do I Need?
This is a very difficult subject to address. This is because every room is different. There are a lot of factors to take into consideration. As a generalization most rooms will benefit from 25% and 50% of coverage of the total surface area of the walls and ceiling. We know that sometimes getting the perfect coverage is not always possible. However within reason introduction of any acoustic treatment will make an improvement to the space being considered. The closer we can get the to the ideal coverage then the better the results will be.
