We launch the Easy Snooze at Hillhead 2016 - July 2016

Exhibiting under our EasyCabin brand, we launched our latest product for the construction rental markets at this year?s Hillhead show. Entitled the EasySnooze, we have designed and developed a 2-berth temporary, static accommodation unit, ideally suited to provide clean, comfortable and spacious temporary en-suite sleeping quarters for all types of on-site workers. The unit is manufactured with radius steel corners alongside concealed jacks legs and a top lifting arrangement for swift and easy deployment. The EasySnooze has a heavy duty galvanised chassis with forklift pockets for loading and unloading. The walls are flat sided and have 100mm Polyisocyanurate insulation, with a steel laminate internal and external finish. For protection, the high-security door has a deadlock mechanism, with automatic closing and an external light. The living area comprises of two heavy duty beds (1900mm x 900mm) with reading lights, ample shelving, cupboards and a spacious wardrobe. Heating is via a 1.0kw plinth heater and illumination is from energy saving LED lamps. There is a microwave, kettle, and a handy fridge. The occupants can cook their meals on the single hob, which has an extractor for added comfort. A fire blanket, smoke and C02 detector s are included as standard for additional safety. There are also useful USB and electric sockets The bathroom area has a Quadrant shower tray with a sliding door and thermostatically controlled mixer. The hot water supply comes via a 50 litre Aquapoint 111 water heater and a sink, mixer tap, cupboard and mirror are fitted close by. The EasySnooze has a ventilation extractor, a 0.75kw towel radiator and a low flush WC with a toilet roll holder. Other options, such as a bespoke layout, air conditioning and a television can be added by arrangement. Commenting on the show, Lisa Gillet said, "We had a fantastic show and even the sun came out! We had a great response to our units especially our EasySnooze site accommodation unit. At one stage we even had a queue of people waiting to take a look!"
