TARGET GROUP:
This course is aimed at any person(s) who, as part of their working duties are involved in the erection, dismantling and use of Mobile Access Towers.
AIMS & OBJECTIVES:
Is to provide the candidates with the necessary information to safely erect, use, inspect and dismantle aluminium or fibreglass Mobile Access Towers. At the end of the instruction the candidate will be able to:
Have an understanding of the statutory regulations
Inspect Mobile Access Tower equipment
Identify Safe Working Heights
Understand Safe Working Loads
Moving Mobile Access Towers
Use and inspect Mobile Access Towers

Health & Safety legislation & regulations in scaffolding
PASMA Code of Practice
Safe Working at Heights
Identifying Mobile Access Tower equipment
Manufactures Instruction Manuals
Ground and site conditions
Sequence of erecting and dismantling Mobile Access Towers
Use of stabilisers, outriggers ties
Advanced guardrail systems
Moving and repositioning erected towers
Inspection report procedures

CERTIFICATION:
Certificates and ID Cards are included in the cost of this course and are valid for 5 years. All documentation will be sent to the customer once full payment has been made.
EQUIPMENT:
You will be required to wear PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) during the practical aspects of your course. You will be required to bring with you your own hard hat, safety boots, high visibility vest and eye protection (PPE can be provided at an additional cost - please indicate requirement and we will provide hire cost).
