Sounders and SignallingOur sounders are placed inside the protected area to scare intruders and make it difficult for them to hear if someone is approaching the building to investigate. External self activating siren and strobe units are mounted on the external wall in an inacessible place normally high up. They have their own rechargable battery so that they will work even if the power is disconnected. Their purpose is to draw attention to the premises in the event of an alarm activation so that the police can identify the relevant building more easilly and to encourage neighbours to investigate.
