Some applications may not necessitate the expenditure of a specialised Vibration Control pad, but they do necessitate some level of robustness in the installation. Armadillo NV creates the necessary Vibration Control pads on a specific basis. However, such expenditure may not be justified for some applications that just require a minimal level of resilience. In such circumstances, Armadillo NV can supply Industrial Grade pads as an additional low-cost option for minor surface defects. Typical instances include:

Including bathroom pods in building structures Flexible joint or expansion gap sealing Sizes and forms that are common.

Precast concrete beam placement Sections of structural steel are installed. Installation of rail work.

All three grades are available in the thicknesses listed below.

3 mm, 6 mm, 12 mm, 20 mm and 25 mm.

Other thicknesses are available on request, as ell as Food Grade quality pads. All grades and thicknesses can be supplied in die cut pads, washers and bushing to suit Metric threads from M8 up to M30
