ALM HM are the UK Stockist for Aperam Stainless Steel formerly known as Arcelor Mittal. ALM HM supply all finishes and hold a large stock of the main products in house. Further to stock items, we can also obtain Semi Polished and Mirror Finished. AME 316 in thicknesses of 0.4 and 0.5mm has now been superseded by FME. AME will no longer be manufactured and will no longer be available once current stocks are depleted. FME is only available in 0.5 thickness and 580 and 1160 wide. The alloy in FME has slight differences to AME allowing the material to be formed and folded whilst giving a flatter finished appearance.
