The carrier can then supply us with a signed copy proof of delivery and this will be accepted as confirmation of safe delivery. If a parcel arrives damaged at all it must be signed for as damaged or rejected by the customer. - Product warranty Every Great Blind carries a full 12-month product warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights.
