We at BUILD DEVELOPMENTS LTD have established ourselves as a bespoke construction contractor specialising in house extensions, renovations and refurbishments. Based in Bolton, we work for many well-known individuals in and around Bolton, Wigan and Greater Manchester.

We work directly for clients on design and build packages under supervision of a registered architect. This means that we are able to take on any house extension, home renovation or new build project at a very competitive price, and the quality of finish will remain the same.
