We offer a broad range of board cutting services, made easy with our German technology equipped, computer controlled beam saw- aided by Belgian innovative optimisation software. We can produce veneered MDF, laminated board or melamine board cut to size projects of small or large quantities and to various requirements in a fast and economical way. Boards are trimmed on all four sides to provide a clean working edge and all subsequent cuts are precise, clean and chip free – providing a perfect board cutting service for our clients.
We also offer a high quality edge banding service in-house, using our specialist edge-banding machine, geared up with pre-milling station, several trimming blades and corner rounding station are able to provide clean, well protected edges with strongly adheared ABS or veneer edging tape.
