Cable Detection are pleased to announce Network Rail approval for the latest additions to our product range, the EZiCAT i700, i750 and i750 xf models. Cable Detections’ state of the art EZiSYSTEM series locators and transmitters are Network Rail approved. This means that Cable Detection are the only manufacturer of cable avoidance tools whose entire range of locators and transmitters can be utilised on and around the Network Rail infrastructure. GPS Provides The Where Cable Detection EZiCAT 700 Series of cable and pipe location equipment introduce intelligent locators featuring fully-integrated GPS to provide the 'where' in cable avoidance. Accurately locating underground utilities is straightforward with the integration GPS technology, data logging and Bluetooth® connectivity in one easy-to-use device that will document the where, when and how it has been used. Every time the trigger is pulled, the EZiCAT 700 Series will record the GPS position, usage duration, mode of operation, service detection and depth estimation. Combined with the LOGiCAT software, the fleet manager can analyse the onboard data via a PC, tablet or mobile phone. Data analysis combined with digital search technology provides the complete solution in the improvement of onsite safety and training provisions. As with all the EZiSYSTEM range of products the 700 Series is engineered for tough site conditions.
