This was achieved by introducing Rockclad feature panels externally together with forming a brickwork perimeter building skirt. A feature canopy was also added to the front elevation of the building. A high specification was also required for the aluminium windows and doors. Internally the building was finished with a traditional method of plasterboard/skim with two coats decoration together with a suspended ceiling system.
