EH Smith aggregate blocks are suitable for the construction of both solid and cavity party walls and are the perfect backing for dry lining and wet finishes. Their versatility and excellent load bearing properties have made them the material of choice on many housing and industrial buildings developments. Aggregate blocks are also extremely durable with a service life of up to 60 years. However, depending upon the quality of installation, it is widely accepted that this figure can be greatly increased. EH Smith's block range conforms to BS EN 771-3 which covers the British Standard requirements for all types of concrete block unit.
