DFU 2300 Dust Filtration Unit

The DFU 2300 is a medium sized airscrubber, equipped with a HEPA filter to remove even the smallest airborne particles.

This is a higher air capacity machine than its sibling (E-VAC 1800) but is overall a smaller and lighter machine - achieved through use of a single, high-speed, centrifugal fan.

The single motor allows a narrower footprint - ideal for tight hard to access area.

Mounted on castors the DFU 2300 can be manoeuvred into position by one person and is small enough to pass through most doors. Moves up to 2300m3/hr (approx.

t can also be equipped with supplementary in-line capture housings with multi-pocket bag filters to remove coarse dust before it reaches the HEPA filter.

This is a good option for applications involving high dust levels, combinations of fine and coarse dust, and in applications which require spot extraction. In all applications the air passes through a final stage HEPA filter which removes up to 99.995% of particles as small as 0.3 microns (to put that in perspective that's a particle approx 1/3000th the size of a pin head); this category of equipment is tested to validate its filtration efficiency. As with all our equipment this machine is "roll-up, plug-in, switch-on"; it is simple to operate and runs on 110v power supply.
