Silane Impregnation

Silane Impregnation is the treatment process adopted by the Highways Agency to protect Reinforced Concrete as predominantly used for Bridges, Retaining Walls and Structures. The process involves the application of isobutylltrimethoxy alkyl-silane solution by low pressure spray onto the surfaces of cement based building materials. The process does not alter the visual appearance of the treated area once dry. Fastglobe have a vast experience of the process and have been involved with the treatment from the outset in the UK through our FGM subsidary.
