Soffi-Drain

Soffi-drain is a flexible drainage joint system for use in Structural Movement Joints in Multi-storey Car Parks, Existing bridges. culverts and tunnels and Buildings and Basements. The Soffi-Drain system will accommodate longitudinal and horizontal movement whilst providing a continuous watertight seal. Existing sealant joints that have failed and are leaking cause problems associated with water ingress. There will be a buildup of limescale deposit which can cause its own contamination, particularly in the case of car parks where parking bays may have to be taken out of service for fear of compensation claims by car park users.
