Ceiling Fan Fire Sleeve

TENMAT Firefly 109 Ceiling Fan Fire Sleeves are designed to maintain the fire rating of both 30 and 60 minute floor/ceiling systems when penetrated by ceiling fans or vents. The Ceiling Fan Fire Sleeves are simply fitted onto the spigot of the fan or vent and friction fitted into the plasterboard ceiling. The intumescent material expands in a fire situation to maintain the fire rating of the ceiling system. This simple and cost effective solution can replace the more costly fire dampers or the labour intensive boarding out of ventilation ducting.
