As many of us begin to cautiously start planning for the return to (some sort of) normality over the coming months, questions will undoubtedly be raised about how personal safety can be ensured in the workplace. New challenges will arise from the need to protect staff members and help prevent the spread of the virus whilst helping us move towards normality. Of course, as we all know, social distancing has been the go-to method for ensuring this since the pandemic began in March 2020.
