Energy Assessment - BREEAM

BREEAM - Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method, is the world's leading design and assessment method for sustainable buildings. BREEAM Assessments are used to demonstrate the environmental performance and also sustainability of commercial buildings. A BREEAM will be required for all major public buildings or where Government funding is involved, when it is a planning requirement or when the client wishes to assess the environmental quality of their project. BREEAM 2011 is a streamlined consolidation of the nine previous types of BREEAM assessment.
