Energy Assessment - SBEM & EPC for COMMERCIAL BUILDINGS

A SBEM (Simplified Building Energy Model) Calculation is required by Building Control for all commercial new build projects, fit out work and large extensions. SBEM determines the energy efficiency and CO2 emission rate of a commercial building and also demonstrates compliance with parts L2A and L2B of the Building Regulations 2010.
