Clogau

14-12-2015

In 1989, William Roberts discovered an abandoned goldmine in the mountains of Snowdonia so he decided to gamble on the idea that there would be some undiscovered gold still buried within the mine. Luckily, there was and with the help of 3 local miners, they were able to locate a stockpile of gold and so, Clogau of Wales was born. Clogau has made a name for itself creating exclusive jewellery of the highest quality, beauty and originality ensuring that Welsh gold is used in every piece of jewellery they create. John Anthony Signs were appointed to manufacture and install the illuminated signage at Westfield White City to the external glazing and a large filigree on the internal feature wall using 4mm thick aluminium mounted to a textured MDF board. The client was thrilled with the end result and we wish them many more years of successful mining in the Welsh mountains!
