Leon

19-06-2015

Exposed pygmy bulbs are certainly making a comeback both with retailers and restaurateurs alike, so when Leon wanted to make a statement at the newly opened T2 terminal at Heathrow, pygmy bulbs were incorporated into the design creating a stunning result. The letters were constructed in exacting standards to ensure that they were robust enough to take the weight of a child, or an adult for that matter, who might feel the need to climb on top of the letters. The letters were made from steel and included a metal mesh to the front face to protect the pygmy bulbs and add another interesting layer of detail to these already impressive signs. The client and Heathrow Airport Limited were thrilled with the end result.
