CONCRETE WALL PANELS

Prestressed concrete panels are usually installed horizontally in between steel columns but are also able to be used vertically by being cast into a concrete foundation slab (there is no need for steel supports). The concrete panels have been designed to BS8110 and come in a wide range of different thickness, lengths and heights. Concrete panels are able to be custom made to any required length up to around 6500mm. The precast concrete panels are tongue and groove fitting on the top and bottom edges, this can allow quick construction of multiple panels and guarantees a strong, clean finish. Panels are provided with the necessary galvanized steel fixing bolts and plates, sealant is also provided as standard with the 150mm and 180mm panels. We can also provide you with lifting shackles to manoeuvre the panels if needed.
