Bottom rolling system for cupboard, wardrobe or similar domestic doors, single or multiple track runs.

Door construction
Minimum door thickness 12mm solid.
Width one third height minimum, handle three fifths from bottom for best results.

Fixing
Top channel soffit fixed, floor track recessed or surface mounted.
Side fixing rollers suit 12mm doors minimum.
Close clearances need to be maintained to ensure correct operation.
Position rollers close to edge of door.

Bottom rollers
Side fixing.
Steel casing, zinc plated, nylon wheels, ground steel axles.

Bottom track
60-2 Aluminium, drilled and countersunk for woodscrews.
Lengths 1.2m and 1.8m.

Top guide
Nylon edge fixing.

Top guide channel
40-2 Aluminium, drilled and countersunk for woodscrews.
