LB/JIG Letter Box JigThe Trend Letterbox Jig enables letterbox openings to be cut out quickly and accurately.
It can be used with all 1/2" shank capacity routers using a 30mm guide bush (with a minimum of 10mm protruding from the base of the router) and a 1/2" diameter x 50mm cut length cutter.
The Trend T10 & T11 routers is ideal for use with the Letterbox Jig
The patented size-adjusting device, ensures that template openings are always exactly square.
The jig is made from precision-machined cast aluminium.
Simple to set up and use, the jig is also supplied with clear instructions.
The jig is adjustable to enable apertures to be cut out as small as 210mm by 46mm and as large as 310mm by 82mm.
Includes 30mm Guide Bush
Recommended Cutter, 3/83DX1/2TC, 12.7mm (1/2") diameter x 50mm cut length.
