Conservatory Bases
When a concrete base has to be made for a conservatory it can take up to 4 hours to mix, pour and level the concrete, this is for a relatively small space. We have provided our customers with concrete poured from our volumetric mobile batching plant, the result being from the time the concrete is poured in to barrows then into the base and leveled off, what would have taken 4 -5 hours only took around 25 minutes. If we can get a direct pour this reduces the time even more. As you can see by using our volumetric concrete mixer it saves a lot of time and as the concrete is mixed there and then onsite the concrete is fresh allowing you maximum working time with the concrete. We only use good quality raw materials. We do not use recycled materials so you will find our concrete far superior and far easier to work with than the recycled concrete, you will not find golf balls, electric wires, rocks or any other waste items in our concrete. All of our customers have been delighted with our concrete and if they have previously used recycled concrete they have made it very clear that they will never use recycled concrete again. They were also very impressed with the volumetric concrete and said it is far better than using the rotary drum cement mixer as our volumetric concrete is freshly mixed there on site.
