Forest Rose Path Topping

Forest Rose Path Topping   Consists of: A very attractive terracotta path topping suitable for paths, borders and cycle tracks. The range of stone sizes that make up this path topping help it to leave a firmer finish than standard gravels. Forest Rose Path Topping is ideal for applications where a firmer surface is required whilst still providing a gravelly surafce effect. Path Toppings should be placed in layers and rolled using a vibrating roller to create a firm surface. We recommend 50mm depth for footpaths and borders. Forest Rose Path Topping must be laid on a suitable free draining, compacted sub-base such as MOT Type 3 and it is essential that it is laid with a camber or crossfall to allow water to disperse. Poor drainage is the number one cause of surface failure.
