Westfield, the world's largest shopping centre developer and Meyer Bergman, pan-European retail real estate investor opened their latest shopping centre in Bradford in 2015. Confirmed tenants in the 570,000 sq ft scheme include: Debenhams, Marks and Spencer, Next, Topshop, Topman, Sainsbury's plus many more. This is forecast to grow by more than £250 million on completion of the Broadway development highlighting the massive potential for retailers to capture spend.
