The aim of this 2 day IPAF MEWPS Demonstrator course: (first day operator/second day demonstrator) To State the main aims of the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974 and associated regulations To understand the need for accident prevention To be able to carry out personal risk assessments To create and advise on safe systems of work in relation to the safe use of mobile elevating work platforms To understand the role of a demonstrator and their responsibilities To train the demonstrator to a level of competence to enable him/her to safely hand-over a mobile elevating work platform
