Ottobock Healthcare are situated in the West Midlands, they operate internationally and are one of the UK’s leading suppliers of false limbs and prosthetics. Having outgrown their previous premises they wanted to increase efficiency with a larger onsite workshop, and storage. The client also wanted to create a clinical facility including Consultation rooms and a physiotherapy suite for private patients. Taking on two adjacent units adjacent PDC where asked to integrate them to work as one. After our survey and design consultation we were able to incorporate all of the clients requirements using mezzanine floors and partitions. Turning an empty industrial unit into a full working environment is always a challenge, particularly when undertaken on a turnkey basis. PDC project managed everything and delivered this office fit-out on-time and under budget…. from mezzanine floors to signage, our experienced team were able to cover everything.
