BE10 Brick Effect Render is a cement based, through coloured pre-mixed ready to use material which has the addition of clean water the only requirement. Silicone modified and through coloured, the silicone can add a high water repellent quality, which repels water from the surface of the render system, whilst enabling vapour to pass through the render.
