ALTERNATIVES TO CONVENTIONAL DECKING

Of course there's a time and place for conventional decking - it's lighter, cheaper, easier to cut etc.. & predictably sold at every street corner (including by ourselves !) But if you want a sitting area or raised platform that is unique, substantial, long lasting, and very simple and quick to construct, then consider a decking area from new or used railway sleepers.
