Aluminium Oxide Sanding Discs

Applications: Aluminium oxide grip discs are ideal for use on DA and rotary sanders for use on a wide range of materials including wood, paint lacquers and sealers. They are flexible and suitable for use on softer backing pads for use on shapes such as car panels. For lower volume use we have compiled mixed grade packs consisting of 10 discs each of 6 grades. These may be preferred for hand sanding using grip hand blocks.Specification: High quality aluminium oxide abrasive. Loop (Velcro type) grip backing for suitable backing pads. Flexible C - weight paper. Ideal for curves. Open coat with grinding aids for cooler sanding and low clogging. Grades from 40 to 320 in stock. Finer grades available on special order. Sold in batches of 100 discs or mixed grade packs of 60. Mixed grade packs include 10 each grades: 40, 60, 80, 120, 220 & 320. Backing pads in stock for DA and rotary sanders.
