Aluminium Oxide Tube Finishing Belts (JF4T)

Applications: JF4top is a flexible premium grade aluminium oxide abrasive designed for fine finishing and pre-polishing of tube in stainless steel, mild steel and all non-ferrous metals. Use 120 or 150 grit JF4top belts directly after the Rapid Combi Disc on welds. Follow it with a Medium grade surface conditioning belt to achieve a perfect 240 grit finish! or Use it through to 320 grit followed by Micro Finish belts, 240 grit to give a bright lustre finish with a subtle grain finish below the surface - It looks fantastic!Product Notes: Properties of JF4top material include: A high purity aluminium oxide grit giving it great cut and durability, even on hard alloys such as stainless steel. Flexible backing cloth allowing conformability and great quality of finish in the workpiece. A top coating of grinding aids reducing heat on the workpiece and significantly reducing the risk of belts clogging.Belt Size Guide: For Finitube machines choose size 675x40mm.
