Backing Pads For DA Sanders

Applications: Most dual action (DA) sanders require backing pads which have 5/16" UNF male threaded fixings. We thus stock these in the two popular sizes for 125mm and 150mm. There is also a 150mm backing pad with an adaptor supplied to give an M8 fixing to suit Festool sanders. The backing pads have dust hole patterns, but are suitable for plain discs as well. They surface is a 'Velcro ' style loop base for fixing grip (hook) backed sanding discs.Specification: Fitted with male 5/16" UNF adaptor to fit most DA sanders. Option of premium backing pad with M8 adaptor fitting to suit Festool DA sander. Dust extraction holes in standard patten. Suitable for grip sanding discs with or without holes. Medium hardness with foam layer for even pressure.
