Nonwoven Flap Brush Wheel with 19mm Keyway (FMTA)

Applications: FMTA wheels are made with conformable non-woven abrasive flaps which give consistent performance in applying satin finishes to stainless steel and other metals such as brass and aluminium. They will also clean, remove light coatings and tarnishing. The range now extends right up to grade 600 which will give an ultra-fine silky finish. Grade 80 will give a brushed finish (approx 240 finish), grade 180 a satin (approx 320 finish). For use on satinising machines with 19mm keywayed shafts, such as FiniMaster Basic, PTX, EDX and others.Specification: Made with non-woven abrasive flaps. For mounting on 19mm keywayed shafts. Available in 50mm and 100mm widths. Max 5,700rpm.
