HWX Van Pack

Robojet manufacture high quality water jetting machines primarily for the drain, sewer and surface cleaning industries. The HWX Van pack is Robojet's hot water jetting machine built upon the popular Wxi van pack. This jetting machine will produce water up to 120 degrees centigrade, at a rate of 8 gallons per minute @ 3000 psi. It does so using an Isuzu 3 CB1, 3 cylinder industrial diesel engine and a 67KW 12 volt single stage stainless steel boiler with double wound vertical coil. Its pump is the tried and tested Annovi Reverberi triplex ceramic plunger pump which is supplied from a 250 litre (50 Gallon) fabricated polypropylene baffled water tank with level control system. All this is mounted on a custom made, shot blasted and powder coated steel frame which we install in to your van as part of the price. Standard accessories include a 60m x 3/8" R2 jetting hose and 25m x 19mm inlet hose. The unit comes with 2 x 1/2" standard drain jet nozzles and mini hose kit. Also, a dry shut Gun/lance with fan jet. Options include a "Soft" unloader valve, ideal for surface cleaning units or for either uses a single man operation remote control unit. The HWX is being used by commercial cleaning countries throughout the UK. It is ideal for a range of difficult cleaning jobs including removal of fuels, oils, chewing gum, paint, severe dirt etc. This makes it ideal for large surface cleaning work, such as car parks. It is an effective and reliable performer ideal for domestic through to light commercial drains, including larger diameter pipework and heavily silted drain lines.
