Prefabricated Plant rooms

In any building project, the plant room fit out will usually be on the critical path of the project program. Where the area of the building exceeds 500m² a dedicated modular plant room is a significant benefit. Usually the installation of boilers; calorifers; pump sets; tanks; distribution boards and other equipment will take up to 6 weeks on site, compounded by site working conditions, lack of reasonable access and temporary power supplies. Working in a factory environment, the work is carried rapidly in dry, warm conditions ensuring work of the highest quality all year round. Our M & E partners will provide a full design and installation service for your needs or alternatively we can build to your specification. Plant rooms vary in size from 4 x 4m up to 16 x 4m and we can accommodate dead weights of up to 20 tonnes.
