Wet Pour Surfaces

The composition of RTC wet pour surfaces are made up of a multi component polyurethane and rubber composite which is formed in situ by a chemical mixing, wet pouring, levelling, screeding and rolling process. We use EPDM rubber crumb combined with a polyurethane binder to create a long lasting and aesthetically pleasing finish on all our play area wet pour surfaces. SUB-BASE RTC safety surfaces can be laid onto a variety of sub-bases. We will advise you on the correct type of sub-base for the given environment on which your safety surface is to be installed.
