GlideLoc Rail for Existing Ladders

All of the traditional permanent ladders have cages or hoops to give the user confidence during use. These do not offer fall protection for the user. In these cases a vertical guide rail can be retrofitted to provide continuous connection during descent and ascent. The guide rail is positioned centrally by fixing to the existing rungs or to the side by fixing to the ladder stiles. GlideLoc Horizontal Rail- Tested and certified in accordance with the requirements of EN795 is suitable for upto 3 persons. The GlideLoc horizontal rail is the perfect solution for overhead applications. It can be attached to our ladder systems through a turntable which is ideal for accessing the circumference of lighthouses/ stacks etc.
