Everbuild 405 Path and Patio Seal

Everbuild Path And Patio Sealer solvent free acrylic coating used to seal and protect patios, paths, natural stone, concrete and block paving from the effects of the sunlight, water, oil, petrol and fungal moss growth.

Everbuild 405 milky solution dries to hard wearing water repellent film

Gives a low sheen slip resistant finish

Reduced dirt pickup and facilitate easier cleaning.

The product is safer to use than conventional solvent based products,

Non- flammable and will not harm plants and animals when used as directed.

Solvent free formulation

Non-flammable,

Low odour.

Improves appearance of dull paths and stone surfaces

Also acts as a dustproofer

Facilitates easier cleaning.

Dramatically improves water and mar resistance

High degree of water repellency in dried film.

Contains a powerful fungicide prevents unsightly mould growth.

Notes

Do not use if rain is imminent within 5 hours at 20oC

Allow 2hrs between coats

1 litre will cover approx 8 meters square per coat depending on porosity and surface 2nd coat will go further
