EVERBUILD 712 FLEXIPLUS is a cement based floorand wall tile grout

Designed to cope with the movement encounteredwhen grouting over surfaces such as wood,

Everbuild 712 Flexiplus Can be used in jointsup to 20mm wide.

Areas for Use:

Grouting floor and wall tiles on most surfacesup to 20mm in joint width.

712 Flexiplus is Recommended for groutingdomestic, communal and power shower areas.

Suitable for constant immersion; eg in swimmingpool walls

Suitable for use with ceramic, quarry andnatural stone tiles and mosaics.

Coloured grouts may be made by adding up to5% by weight of

EVERBUILD POWDER MORTARTONE to 712 Flexiplus.

Important Productinformation:

Allow adhesive to dry thoroughly beforegrouting (24hrs on porous, up to 5 days on non-poroussurfaces).

Never add further water once the grout has beenmixed. This will destroy the strength.

Allow 3 days after grouting before using showerareas.

Contains coarse silica fillers. May scratchhighly glazed and soft tiling. In these circumstances, testing isrecommended prior to use.
