Description:

Quick drying varnish ideal for use on mostcommon types of wooden floors including hardwood, softwood,hardboard, chipboard and composite wooden boards.�

Everbuild Ultra Hard Floor Varnish has beenspecifically developed to provide an ultra-hard scratch resistant natural finish to most interior woodenfloors. Suitable for use in kitchens, bathrooms, lounge, diningareas or where heavy foot traffic would be expected.

SurfacePreparation:

�

On unvarnishedfloors:

Ensure wood is clean, dry and free fromdirt or dust by wiping with a soft cloth and white spirit.�Any existing coatings must be removed prior to application with asuitable sander using 120 grade abrasive paper. A suitable dustmask should be worn while sanding. Allow any dust to settle thenvacuum the floor to remove any dust or debris.� Fill in anyholes or surface imperfections using Everbuild Multi-Purpose WoodFiller.

Existing varnishedfloors:

Should be thoroughly sanded using 120 gradeabrasive paper to provide a key for Everbuild Ultra Hard Varnish tobe applied.� Floors should be vacuumed, wiped down with whitespirit and allowed to dry.� Any existing varnish in poorcondition should be completely removed prior toapplication.

Floor VarnishApplication:

Stir product well before use andperiodically during application.� Brush apply Everbuild UltraHard Floor Varnish following the direction of the wood grain.�Apply a minimum of 3 coats allowing 1 hour between coats.�Lightly sand the surface before applying the final coat.�Always apply the varnish to a wet edge working systematicallyacross the surface keeping the wet edge together as much aspossible to avoid overlap.

Ultra Hard FloorVarnish:

Can be walked on after approximately 8hours depending on ambient temperature and conditions.� Allow72 hours before subjecting to heavy foot traffic.� Do notcover with carpets or rugs for at least 7 days.� Protect fromwater for 5 days. Clean brushes thoroughly after use with warmsoapy water.
